MY Review of Mobility Center, Orange CA

I am a quadriplegic due to a catastrophic disease. I have used power chairs, lifts, and every item necessary to sustain life for 10 years. Orange County wheelchair resellers provide the absolute worst customer service. They will make promises of delivery dates, and after purchase care, but are quick to always give excuses. I bought a $70,000 Van Conversion with auto ramp from one dealer. Everything was fine until the ramp didn't work. Then 2 years went by with the dealership where I purchased the van conversion FROM, said it was the problem of the car manufacturer, and not the problem of the conversion company. You would think $70,000 would get you something. It doesn't. Now go buy a $35,000 power chair & you will hear the same excuses. THIS POWER CHAIR NOT ONLY DIDN'T WORK, IT WAS MADE WRONG & BROKE DOWN MORE TIMES THAT YOU COULD IMAGINE. THE CHAIR WAS NEVER REPAIRED BY COMPETENT KNOWLEDGEABLE PEOPLE.

People in wheelchairs are treated less than human!

NOT AT MOBILITY CENTER! IT IS A PRIVILEGE TO SHOP AT THIS STORE. THE OWNERS ARE HONEST, RELIABLE, AND TRUE TO THEIR WORD. THEY ARE ALSO KNOWLEDGEABLE, EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AT FIXING A PROBLEM AND NOT TURNING IT INTO A CANCER. THEIR PRICES ARE THE ABSOLUTE LOWEST WHETHER YOU GO ON LINE OR SHOP ANY WHICH WAY YOU CAN. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!
